For all our roles, we've added the candidate's readiness when using generative AI as a part of our assessment. We believe it's a core skill to master for any position and thus want our recruitment process to reflect that.
As a part of all our roles, we have a take-home case where we ask the candidate to solve a real-life situation based on the kind of role we're evaluating them for. And we love it when the candidate uses any and all AI to solve the case. We even send them to our own AI Hub for inspiration. All we ask is that they also tell us which AIs they used, how, and describe the process.
