HR’s Role in Driving Company AI Strategy

In the latest podcast from the Modern People Leader podcast, the spotlight was on the role of HR in deploying AI technologies.

A Lot of AI Experimentation Already Underway at the Fortune 1000 Co’s

Though it seems there is less news about how large corporations are experimenting with AI (most anecdotes are employees deciding themselves to use ChatGPT), this video appears to tell a different story - A LOT of internal experimentation with AI is already happening at some of the largest organizations in the world.
Moderna, using OpenAI’s LLMs has already deployed 400 GPTs (think custom trained ChatGPT models, trained on Moderna’s own data) for things like legal contract review & research. Legal was the first department to fully adopt AI at Moderna, for example with contract companion, which allows the Legal function to upload contracts and ask questions about the document.
DoseID GPT allows the Clinical Research team to analyze swathes of data to decide optimal doses when testing drugs.

Will you be interviewing AI clones of candidate’s in future? Maybe that’s fine though, since the candidate’s will only be as good as the data they are trained on (which is the real person’s data!)
